Holistic Healing
At its core, integrative therapy believes that healing is not just about fixing symptoms or addressing surface-level concerns. It views each person as a whole—understanding that mental health is deeply intertwined with physical, emotional, and even spiritual well-being. An integrative therapist I use tools from a range of therapeutic models, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, and humanistic approaches, to address these different aspects of a person’s life.
